Return & Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy every sip of Cupfull. If you encounter any issue with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns and refunds, in compliance with Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) and Lemon Law.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:
    • Damaged upon arrival
    • Incorrect item sent
    • Defective or not of acceptable quality

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially consumed food/drink products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or after expiry date

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days once the return is approved.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

4. How to Request a Return
